About Me
My background is in Leadership and Organizational Development. I hold a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a research focus on leadership, and I’ve spent years inside organizations designing programs, facilitating change, and coaching leaders through the kind of complexity that doesn’t show up in a case study. I don’t just understand leadership theory; I understand the organizational systems, the political dynamics, the performance pressures, and the unspoken expectations that quietly shape every leader’s day. When you bring something to our sessions, I’m not starting from scratch; I already speak the language.
My Coaching Philosophy
My role isn’t to give you more advice or hand you a leadership playbook. I create the conditions where you can think clearly, see yourself honestly, and make decisions that are actually aligned with who you are and where you want to go. I am invested in building a partnership and establishing the kind of trust where you can finally say the thing you haven’t said out loud yet.
I work best with leaders who are ready to move, not just reflect. You bring the ambition; I bring the questions, the challenge, and an unwavering belief that you’re more capable than your current ceiling suggests. We’ll identify what’s standing in your way, but we’ll spend just as much time building what comes next. The goal of coaching isn't simply insight for its own sake it’s about stepping into your role as a leader who shows up differently on Monday morning.
I believe good coaching doesn’t add more to your plate. It helps you cut through the noise so you can show up with more intention, more confidence, and more of who you actually are. That’s what I build with every client.
About Me
My background is in HR and Leadership & Organizational Development. I hold a master’s degree in Leadership and OD, and I’ve spent more than 20 years inside organizations—leading teams, shaping leadership and talent strategies, and coaching leaders as they navigate demanding, high‑impact roles.
My Coaching Philosophy
I coach individual contributors, high‑potential talent, and leaders at all levels to intentionally leverage their strengths in service of meaningful goals—especially during periods of growth and change. At the heart of my work is a belief that clarity fuels confidence, and confidence leads to better choices.
As a coach, I serve as both a thinking partner and a strategic guide. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful and sometimes challenging questions, and create the conditions for deep reflection. I believe the most powerful outcomes occur when clients arrive at their own insights and translate them into specific, intentional choices they can stand behind.
My coaching style is warm, curious, and energizing, while still being focused on real progress. I aim to create a space that feels safe and non‑judgmental, yet thought‑provoking and challenging—one where clients can be honest, stretch their thinking, and explore what truly works best for them. I believe work and fun are not mutually exclusive, and I bring light humor and genuine connection into our work together to keep it both grounded and engaging.
Clients often leave our work feeling more grounded, clearer about what they want, and better equipped to move forward with intention—even when the path ahead isn’t obvious.
